If in the first 30 days of having the product in-hand you decide that you do not like the product, we will take the product back and refund your entire product* purchase; no questions asked. Sure, we’d love your feedback; no product gets better without knowing ways they can improve - and we have improvements in the works right now as we always do - but it’s not a requirement to get your money back.

There are a few conditions:
- Risk-Free Trial lasts 30-Days from delivery. Try the U-Laces as soon as you receive them.
- Open ONLY 2 packs to test the product. We are still a small company and need the ability to re-sell returned product. It only takes 2-packs to test whether you like U-Laces or not. We need all but 2 packs of product returned in re-sellable condition for full product refund to be given.Note: If your order includes both Classic and Kiddos you can open 2 packs of each type.
- Return requests should be made via email (Returns@U-Lace.com).
- Return Shipping Costs: If a supplied return shipping label is requested & used for the return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
